    Classes are being offered for Spring 2018 for our community of learners as part of Palisades School District's Community School Program!  MORE THAN 40 CLASSES...We are certain to have something for everyone! We offer craft classes, exercise classes, workshops and so much more! NEW CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE EACH SESSION!!!

    2. OR Fill out the registration form - REGISTRATION FORM - and mail in with your payment
    STEP 2:  How to Pay for Your Course(s)- 3 OPTIONS:
    (1)  Send your payment by mail to Palisades School District, Community Relations Office, 35 Church Hill Road, Kintnersville, PA  18930
    (2) Drop off your registration and payment at the Community Relations Office 
    (3) OR Pay using My School Bucks - Click on THIS LINK to pay by credit or debit card
     
    PLEASE NOTE:  You must REGISTER (step 1) for the course and then PAY (step 2) for it (if applicable) using one of the aforementioned options.  Full course listing below.

    • Recommended for all new drivers, this six (6) hour, on the road training program is designed for students age 16 or older having a valid driving permit. Successful completion of the program combined with the school's regular classroom instruction course may qualify the student for a reduction of insurance fees. Please contact your insurance carrier for information.

    • "Empty Bowls" Pottery Class
    • This class focuses on the creation of soup bowls for the Upper Bucks Empty Bowls Project to help fight hunger in our community. Students will learn basic wheel throwing, as well as the "sgraffito" surface decoration technique. Students should be able to create several bowls during the 5 week class, and are required to donate at least one of them to the empty bowls project. Registration fee of $36 includes 25# of clay and a variety of underglazes and glaze needed to complete the pieces.

    • Pin Loom Weaving
    • See what the fuss is about with the fun retro craft of pin loom squares. These are 4"x4" squares which are warped by wrapping layers and then weaving a final layer together. The patterns and creations are only limited by your creativity! This is different than the potholder looms you may remember from your childhood (different loom and weaving type). We will create multiple types of patterns on our looms and discuss project ideas.

    • Join us to learn or review the fundamental crochet stitches! We will work on small projects using CH, SS, SC, DC, HDC, TC stitches. All materials provided.
