You will be asked to set up an account in order to begin the online registration - by setting up an account, you can save and leave the registration page to complete later. Once you have completed the registration, you will be prompted to schedule an appointment for you to meet with a nurse and counselor, while your child completes screenings in literacy and math (to get a sense of your child's current knowledge of basic kindergarten skills, such as letter and number recognition).
While completing the online registration, you have the opportunity to upload the required (3) proofs of residency, birth certificate and immunization record. If you do not have access to a scanner to upload these documents, simply bring the documents with you to your child's scheduled screening appointment. Those appointments will be held on Monday, March 20 from 8AM to 3:30PM; on Tuesday, March 21 from 3 to 7:30PM; and on Thursday, March 23 from 3 to 7:30PM at Palisades Middle School.
To complete your child's registration, you must provide:
Child's Birth Certificate
Current Immunization Records - please see this link for immunization requirements - click here
Three (3) Proofs of Residency - one lease agreement, agreement of sale or property tax parcel bill, as well as two other proofs of residency which may include a driver's license, credit card bill, utility bill, or insurance bill
The appointments will last approximately 30 minutes and your child must be present.
If you have any questions regarding the registration process, please contact any elementary building secretary, Ann Berger at firstname.lastname@example.org or Donna Holmes at email@example.com - you may also call 610-847-5131, ext. 4000.
Please note: Your child's registration for the 2017-18 school year is not considered complete until all of the required documents (listed above) have been received.
