Naviance is a career search program where students can choose occupations by level of training needed, amount of money earned, job market or match themselves with careers according to the interests and Meyers-Briggs personality type. Included in the software are college search features and data collection. This is a mandatory program for all students to use. There is a password and user name needed. Please see your school counselor for password information.

This will give you a good start to identify jobs that may match your Myers-Briggs Personality Type. Occupational Outlook Handbook describes what workers do on the job, working conditions, the training and education needed, earnings, and expected job prospects. Careers.org offers a free and comprehensive career research and job hunting site, organized by topic that includes regional resources, expert job advice, career articles, and best career sites on the web. The Career Key offers an online assessment of career interests and values. Students.gov has information about internships, fellowships, student job programs, career explorations, and job searches. Look for career developments on the site. |
