GOOD LUCK TO OUR WRESTLERS THIS WEEKEND!

Justin Marsh (top left) District XI Champion at 160lbs. First District Champion for Palisades since 2004...He defeated the number 1 & 2 seeds en-route to the championship. This raised his season record to 34- 6 and career record to 90 – 38.

Sophomore Louie Hill (top right) and Freshman Nick Sanders (bottom left) both advanced to the P.I.A.A. Wrestling Regional Tournament @ Wilson West Lawn this week with 4th place finishes at the district tournament.

A top 5 finish from any wrestler at the Regional Tournament will advance them into the State Championships in Hershey, PA the following weekend.

Congrats to Jesse Snyder (bottom right) who took 5th in the 145 weight class last week - great job!

BEST OF LUCK KARLI:

Freshman Karli Blanchard will represent Palisades High School at the District XI PIAA Swimming Championships in Allentown this weekend. The event will take place over two days. Karli will swim the 200yd freestyle on Friday with a seed time of 2:11 (District qualifying time 2:20). On Saturday, she will swim the daunting 500yd freestyle with a seed time of 6:03 (District qualifying time 6:23).

Karli has been swimming since 5th grade for teams in Quakertown.  Now that she is in high school, she is excited and proud to represent her own home town. With no teammates or pool, Karli has been attending dual meets all season long with the Quakertown High School team as a Palisades swimmer. Since Quakertown and Palisades are in two different athletic districts, Karli will compete in the District XI championship meet as the sole representative for Palisades. GOOD LUCK and Swim fast Karli  !!!
