Elementary Art
The Art room is an inspiring and creative learning environment where students can grow as individual artists while sharing their creativity with others. We will explore the elements and principles of design when we discover artwork from various artists, cultures and time periods. Students in grades 1-5 will have opportunities to create artwork using paint, oil pastels, crayons, markers, clay, recycled materials, found objects, chalks, paper mache and various other materials.
